HOW WE MAKE TUFTED CUSTOM RUGS:
Each rug is 100% custom-made using a professional tufting gun. The threads are glued together and backed with a non-slip cloth. Afterward, the rug is shaved for a polished finish, and the contours are refined to add texture. The process takes a minimum of 6 days and uses 14 km of thread for a 1x1 meter rug.

How soon and how will I receive my rug? Creating a tufted rug is a time-consuming process, and there is usually a waiting list. The minimum time to receive your order is 2-3 weeks, depending on the size—the larger the rug, the longer it takes to complete. Delivery is handled by DHL, with rates based on their standard tariffs in the Netherlands. Each rug is carefully packaged in gift paper, so you can send it directly to the recipient if needed. We can also include a personalized greeting card at your request. And there's more—a special gift awaits inside each rug package! What is it? You’ll find out when you order, but we’re sure you’ll love it.
Do you offer design assistance? Yes, our designer will assist you with inspiration, color selection, and visual examples to ensure your rug complements your space perfectly. Before production begins, we’ll provide a digital draft for your approval, confirming the size and colors. You can request up to three free revisions to the draft. The best way to share your vision is by sending reference images—whether it’s a rug you’ve seen online or an inspiring design. If color is your priority, you can share photos of your room, specify exact shades, or provide color codes. Please note that we cannot create gradients. This process ensures your rug meets your expectations perfectly!
How long will the rug last? It all depends on where you place it. We don’t recommend using it at the entrance, in the bathroom, or outdoors. The rug is very thick, and if it gets wet, it takes a long time to dry, and then it loses its beauty and fluffiness. However, if kept in a dry room, it can last for many years—potentially even becoming a cherished family memory.
How to Clean and Care for the Rug Caring for your rug is easy and requires minimal maintenance. Keep it in a dry location and use a special brush to remove hair, animal fur, or loose threads. To dust it off, simply vacuum it or shake it outside. For stains, apply a dry-cleaning detergent, such as foam or spray, using a sponge to gently clean the area. For tougher stains like berries, blood, or oil, it's best to take it to a professional dry cleaner.
