Here's how we create a tufted rug:

• We start by collaborating with you to design a digital sketch of your custom rug.

• Next, the design is projected onto a special canvas, and we transfer it onto the fabric.

​

• Using a professional tufting gun, we stitch the pattern with your chosen thread colors.

​

• After tufting, the rug’s backing is sealed with waterproof glue and left to dry.

​

• Once dry, we trim excess fabric, shave the rug for a polished finish, and refine the contours with an electric razor for added texture.

​

The entire process takes 5-14 days to complete.
